Excited to share my Delicious Vegan Mediterranean Christmas Dinner Menu infused with ton of love and paired with a delicious red wine made with Pinot Noir grapes, the Domaine Faiveley Mercurey 2018 from Burgundy, France.
This beautiful, delicious, organic, seasonal produce, farm-to-table-fresh and locally sourced ingredients Vegan Mediterranean Christmas Dinner Menu was created exclusively for my amazing personal chef and catering clients, my own joyful commitment as a vegan chef to promote sustainability of our glorious planet and my continued support for the Santa Cruz Farmers' Market, local-small-family owned grocery stores such as Shopper’s Corner (excellent wines, including the amazing French wine paired with my menu) in Santa Cruz, Wildroots Market in Felton and local Bonny Doon Florist of Localife Flowers.
Creating beautiful, delicious and nutritious vegan Mediterranean recipes/menu/foods are the greatest joy of my life and bringing delicious joy to my clients, simply divine happiness!
