Simple & Practical Bedroom Feng Shui Tips!

Spruce up your bedroom just in time for Valentine's Day!

As you begin your journey to transform your bedroom into a clutter-free, serene and romantic sanctuary, view it not as a chore but as an empowering Valentine's Day Gift to Yourself that promotes peaceful rest, an enriched love life and happy relationships.

Here is the step-by-step process:

Declutter Your Bedroom. To foster love and harmonious relationships, transform your bedroom into a serene sanctuary dedicated solely to rest and romance. Keep only essential items and eliminate distractions such as electronics (TVs, stereos, etc.), work desks, bookshelves and any other items or decorations (arts, synthetic plants and flowers) that detract from a peaceful, romantic atmosphere.

Always Have Two Nightstands. Nightstands represent the power dynamics within the relationship. You want a nightstand on each side of the bed; even if you are single (this helps to attract an equal partner). The nightstands should be of equal stature and the same goes for anything sitting on the nightstands, such as lamps.

Place Your Bed in the Right Spot. For optimal energy (Feng Shui), place your bed in the ‘command position’: against a solid wall, with clear access on both sides and a view of the doorway (but not directly aligned with it) for a sense of calm and security. This placement provides strong energetic support, promotes restful sleep and balances the room's chi.

Bring Tranquility into Your Bedroom. Choose calming colors such as light blue or soft lavender. Splurge on quality bedding! Get some high quality sheets, comforter, blanket and duvet covers with soft and nourishing texture that you want to snuggle up in.

Encourage Sensuality in your life. Sensuality involves appreciating everyday sensory experiences like the scent of lavender, soft sheets, a warm breeze or a loved one's voice. This appreciation deepens our world connection and is key to fostering love and romance. To attract a sensual partner, you must embody this art yourself.

Most of all, Be Awesome and Love Yourself Without Limits!

Happy Valentine’s Day!
