Super excited to announce that I submitted my completed cookbook: The Art of Vegan Mediterranean Cooking to my awesome publisher on December 5, 2023.
Writing my first cookbook has been a sweet childhood dream of mine, an incredibly amazing journey, and I finally did it, so proud of myself!
My cookbook is written both in English and French, and it includes 100 plant-based recipes of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, desserts, compotes, confitures, marmalades and elixirs. It is designed to inspire plant-based eating through recipes centered around farm-garden-to-table delicious beautiful vegan Mediterranean cuisine (French, Italian, Spanish & Moroccan).
Once I know the availability of my cookbook and its purchase options, I will share them in my monthly newsletter, Instagram and Facebook!
