Ingredients (serving size 4):
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. Meyer lemon or lemon juice
1 Tsp. Meyer lemon or lemon zest
1/3 Cup pitted green olives
1 garlic clove peeled
1 Tsp. fresh thyme leaves
1/3 Tsp. ground coriander seeds
1/3 Tsp. cumin
1/3 Tsp. turmeric
1/3 Tsp. sea salt
Instructions:
1. In a food processor add all ingredients and process until the
mixture is creamy.
2. Transfer your pate into a bowl, garnish with radishes, olives and anything
else to your liking!
