Declutter your home, office and your life! Let go of anything you don't need, use, or even like. While you are at it, take inventory of your relationships and make a list of people who have no positive impact on your life whatsoever, let go of those too.  Unless, you take these actions, nothing new or exciting will come into your life. Once you let go, all sort of great things and people will pour into your life! Get inspired, do something today!

Powerful Tips for Letting Go!


We are changing. The universe around us is changing. Just because something was right for us in the past doesn’t mean it still is. This truth could be manifested in an unhealthy relationship, a toxic job, a cluttered home and work environments, a bad habit, etc. 

As we grow and discover more about ourselves and what we want out of life, we realize there are deliberate changes we need to make to keep up with changes that are happening around us and within us.

The lifestyle we’ve been living may no longer fit. The specific people and routines we’ve known forever may no longer align with our values. Thus, while we may cherish the memories, we find ourselves letting go and moving on. The truth is we can’t start the next chapter of our lives if we keep writing the last one.

Get started today! Practice these powerful tips and “let go” of whatever is holding you back from writing the next chapter of your life:
  1. Breathe. Take a deep breath and exhale with a loud sigh. Do it a few times. Let go of whatever tension is being held in your body. 
  2. Grieve. Change (no matter how small, healthy, or positive) can feel like a loss. Give yourself the space and time to honor whatever emotions come up and embrace them all.
  3. Seek out support. Sometimes letting go and navigating change by yourself can be overwhelming. Give yourself permission to ask for help.  
  4. Compassion. Acceptance. Acknowledgement. Have compassion and acceptance for where you've been, where you are now, and where you want to go. 
  5. Create a new vision. Envision possibilities that will bring you personal growth, happiness and prosperity.

1.      Make cleaning a habit to improve prosperity. One of the most important things you can do for your kitchen is to keep it clean and organized – and the two areas that need it most are the pantry and the refrigerator. Why? This is where food, a symbol of wealth and health, is stored.

French Black Lentil Beans Salad Recipe!

Ingredients

This lovely Spring-Summer Mediterranean salad is delicious, refreshing and very easy to make. You can always substitute the rainbow carrots with fennel and cucumber or any other veggies to your liking. This wonderful salad is perfect by itself, but beautifully complemented with a glass of red wine.

Ingredients: (serving size 4).

1 Cup French black lentil beans
1 Bunch rainbow carrots
4 Scallions 
1 Meyer lemon
1 Tsp. Herbes de Provence
2 Tbsp. Meyer lemon juice
1 Tsp. Meyer lemon rinds
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/5 Tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup chopped cilantro 

Instructions: 

1. Place lentils in a medium saucepan, pour 2 cups hot water and soak for 30 minutes
2. Cook lentils in the soaked water for 30 minutes until the water is evaporated.
3. Let aside to cool for an hour 
4. Peel and dice rainbow carrots, pic. 2
5. Thinly slice the scallions and add to the diced carrots, pic. 2
5. Add herbes de Provence, chopped cilantro and a pinch of sea salt to lentils and gently mix them
6. Put the lentils on a plate and sprinkle the diced carrots and scallions over them
7. Drizzle the olive oil and Meyer lemon juice over them and garnish with Meyer lemon rinds

Optional: you can also add some crumbled feta cheese to make this salad even more delicious!
