Happy
New Year Foodies and Wine Lovers!
One
of the greatest joys in my culinary world has been the offering of my
signature vegan Mediterranean culinary and wine pairing classes.
Over the years my students and I have come together at beautiful settings such
as FlipJack Ranch. There, nestled amidst an
enchanting redwood forest in Bonny Doon we have prepared and enjoyed an array
of inspired cuisine and wine.
However,
in an effort to complete the publication of my first cookbook, The Art
of Vegan Mediterranean Cooking, I will not be offering culinary and wine
pairing classes in 2022.
Instead, once my cookbook is published, I will have
a book launch at FlipJack Ranch with vegan Mediterranean appetizers
and celebratory champagne aperitifs!
As I move through this next chapter of my culinary journey,
I will share updates about my forthcoming book and as always I will continue to
draw inspiration from all of the happy moments we have shared cooking, tasting
and laughing.
