Join me in my delightful Vegan Mediterranean Cooking, Baking, Chocolate & Wine Pairing Classes at the beautiful FlipJackRanch in Bonny Doon nestled in the magical Santa Cruz Mountains: 

Saturday September 18, 1pm – 5pm: A Taste of Provence on Your Plate, paired with a delicious  French red wine, the Château La Chèze 2015 Côtes de Bordeaux.

Class Fee: $225.00 p/p, which includes a bottle of Château La Chèze 2015 Côtes de Bordeaux

Saturday October 16, 1pm – 5pm: A Taste of Spain on Your Plate, paired with a delicious Spanish red wine, the Mas Donis Old Vines 2014.

Class Fee: $225.00 p/p, which includes a bottle of Mas Donis Old Vines 2014 

Saturday December 11, 1pm – 5pm: Vegan Artisan Chocolate, paired with a delicious Argentinian red wine, the Tapiz Malbec 2016 made with organic grapes.

Class Fee: $225.00 p/p, which includes a bottle of Tapiz Malbec 2016, samples of your chocolate arts made in the class & a small bag of Provence culinary lavender.

Plus, all students in the above 3 classes will receive a one-time 10% discount offer on all items available in Toque Blanche store in downtown Santa Cruz and on their website. Discount code will be provided in the class.

Each class runs for 4 hours and limited to 6 students to ensure the most spectacular experience for all. Since, space is limited, early registration is highly encouraged. Please click on each class link above for more information and to register now.
