Happiness is a habit – cultivate it!


So many simple things you can do to cultivate happiness in your life and below are just a few:
  1. Appreciate life.
  2. Practice optimism.
  3. Express gratitude.
  4. Be a problem solver.
  5. Love yourself unconditionally.
  6. Do what you love & love what you do.       
  7. Choose friends and business associates/partners wisely
  8. Say No to people making demands 
  9. Surround yourself with people who bring out the best in younot the stress in you.
  10. Consider your own happiness, because you deserve it.
  11. Mind your own business. 
  12. Whatever is holding you back from living a happy life, make peace with it and Let It Go.
