Declutter Your Relationships & Social Network!

Declutter Your Relationships and Social Network!

Love Yourself and Let Go of anyone holding you back from living a happy, healthy and prosperous life!
One of the hardest things in life is letting go and that’s never easy, but it’s a vital step toward living a happy, healthy, and prosperous life!

Relationships are like bank accounts. If you allow people in your life to make more emotional withdrawals than deposits, you will soon find yourself with negative equity. You need to know when it’s time to close the account!

As 2017 is coming to an end, thoughtfully consider giving yourself the gift of self-love:
Declutter your relationships, social network and Let Go of negative and toxic people. This singular act will cultivate Health, Happiness and Prosperity in 2018, and for years to come!

The fact is there are certain people in our lives that just aren’t good for us. This includes family members, friends, neighbors, co-workers and so on. We all know the types: people who drain our energy; people who make us feel bad when we hang out with them; people who criticize us simply because we think and operate outside of their comfort zone; people who quietly (but clearly) judge us simply for who we are or what we do; or the people who just plain turn any situation to their advantage by taking the victim role.

We can spend a ton of time and energy on these relationships seeking to be accepted and respected - and we might achieve some success - but at the end of the day not only is our energy drained, we could also be highly disappointed (again) by their repeated unpleasant words and actions.

We have a choice to simply accept the situation ‘as is’ and move on to more positive things, or continually pour our time and efforts into trying to enlighten these people. At some point we must choose what’s good for us. No one else can make that decision but us.

My personal motto in life is to acknowledge negative and toxic people, evaluate whether or not they are receptive to change and if not, wish them well, let go and move on.

As such, I continually make a conscious effort to detach from negative and toxic people, choosing instead to surround myself with positive people, the dreamers, and doers, the believers and the thinkers, but most of all with those who see the greatness within me, love and respect me unconditionally at all times, and not just when conditions are right for them.

Happy Decluttering & Letting Go!
