Change is a New Beginning! 

The season autumn arrived on September 22nd and with each new season, it's a time to reflect on the past and make plans for the future. The seasons of the year can be compared to various cycles of life. We can all use the changing seasons as a way to purge the old and start fresh. 

Use this 4 step process at the end of each season and transform yourself and your life in new and exciting ways:

1)   Practice the 3 E’s - EncourageEmbrace and Enjoy change in your life!
2)  Clear out the old, declutter, release and let go  
3)  Organize your life, simplify, simplify and simplify even more to feel empowered.
4)  Set specific goals, cultivate health, happiness and prosperity in your life.

There's no room for adventure, excitement or personal growth when you stay in your comfort zone!

Get Inspired! Do something today. It doesn’t have to be anything grandiose, it can be something very small such as decluttering a drawer in your kitchen.

Roasted Root Vegetables Medley 

 

 Persimmons Lavender Galette

Greetings Foodies and Wine Lovers:

Spend the afternoon with me celebrating the fall season and discovering the amazing things you can do with root vegetables, persimmons and lavender!  

Oven-roasted root vegetables are simply delicious and highly nutritious. In this fun hands-on delicious class, we’ll make roasted root vegetables medley, quinoa salad with Morello cherries & toasted hazelnut and a persimmon lavender galette (dairy and egg-free), which we’ll enjoy with Ch√Ęteau de Seguin Bordeaux Superieur 2013, an amazing red wine from the south of France, simply perfect for this lovely cuisine. We'll even raffle a bottle at the end of the class.

When: Saturday October 22nd, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Where: Santa Cruz Mountains, 25100 Skyland Road, Los Gatos, CA 95033 (15 minute drive from downtown Los Gatos, 20 minutes from Soquel and 25 minute from Santa Cruz).
