Culinary lavender adds a delightful and exotic flavor to sweet or savory creation! In this fun hands-on class, we'll explore the art of culinary lavender in savory and sweet creation. We’ll make Hazelnut Pesto and Strawberry Rhubarb Lavender Marmalade. We’ll use the pesto to make artisan pizza with gourmet toppings and the marmalade to make a strawberry Meyer lemon tart (eggs & dairy free). Then, we’ll feast on our fabulous creations.

You’ll leave the class with a 4oz. jar of each of your creations. Ribbon, raffia and labels will be provided so you can beautifully package these unique creations as gifts or for your own enjoyment.
