Hazelnut Pesto and Strawberry Rhubarb Lavender Marmalade

Culinary lavender adds a delightful and exotic flavor to sweet or savory creation!
In this hands-on class, you'll learn about the art of culinary lavender in savory and sweet creation and will make Hazelnut Pesto and Strawberry Rhubarb Lavender Marmalade. We’ll use the pesto to make pizza with gourmet toppings and the marmalade to make strawberry tart. Then, we’ll feast on our fabulous creations (vegan and gluten-free)! 

You’ll leave the class with an 8oz. jar of each of your creations. Ribbon, raffia and labels will be provided so you can beautifully package these unique creations as gifts or for your own enjoyment. In addition, to the recipes, you'll receive 1oz. bag of organic culinary lavender to make these wonderful gourmet delights at home!
